Refresher Enterprise Sand Box

The link below has a changing value in the destination url (e.g. a timestamp or session value). To get around this, use 'Click Link that matches VALUE', which will ignore the changing parameters on the link.

Changing Link Value (The actual link is: '?page=changed&ts=0.64183800 1337438186' which changes every time the page is loaded)

If I wanted to click on a link, but the URL of the link might be unknown, or it might constantly change, I can specify the text that is in the link, rather than by the URL. You can also use Wildcards so that you can match words.

- Action: Click a Link which matches a VALUE

- Enter the name of the link, such as "Changing Link Value"

- Click Add.

Now even though the URL (href) of this link changes, because the text that makes up the link does not change, Refresher Enterprise will be able to automatically click the link.

A wildcard example may be "% link value%" which would perform the same as the above.

Auto Press Enter

When you submit a form, the page might "re-send" the information to the next page, at which point a pop-up might appear asking if you would like to re-send the information. You can use the "Auto Press Enter" feature to auto acknowledge this pop-up. However, Refresher does have to be the active window for this to work.
